Pricing is trade and volume-based, and confirmed by your sales rep at the time of order — we don’t publish a public price list. Send your weekly volumes via the quote form and your rep will come back with a current trade price list.

Orders are placed through your sales rep by the cut-off time for your delivery area. Most customers set up a standing weekly order so their case is kept stocked, with top-ups as needed. Our team operates Monday to Friday, so plan weekend needs into your Friday order.

Perth metro orders placed before midday are typically delivered on the next dispatch day. Regional orders run to a weekly schedule depending on the area — your rep confirms this when setting up your account.

Payment terms are agreed at account opening. Standard terms are net 7 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified.

Yes. Our free range range is sourced from accredited Australian free range farms and supplied in the same trade pack formats as our standard range, so you can run both side by side. See the Free Range page.

Every line is supplied to a defined target weight and pack format. If you need a specific portion weight, trim level or packaging format, talk to your rep about a custom-spec arrangement.

Product is kept refrigerated from supplier to your door — fresh lines moved chilled and frozen lines dispatched at temperature. Handling follows Australian food-safety standards (FSANZ).
